Why there is no contact form
A contact form would have to collect and transmit your name, your e-mail address and your message, and in practice it would need a script, a form handler and usually a third-party anti-spam service. That would break the promise this site makes: that it collects nothing from visitors at all.
Writing to us by e-mail keeps you in control. You choose what to send and from which address, and you can see exactly what left your machine. The cookie policy explains how to verify for yourself that this site stores nothing in your browser.
What happens to an e-mail you send us
When you write to us we necessarily receive your e-mail address and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to answer you. We do not add it to any mailing list and we do not pass it to advertisers or partners. Messages are deleted once the matter they concern is closed, unless we are required to keep them longer. Your rights over that correspondence are set out in the privacy policy.
Corrections
If you believe something on this site is factually wrong, tell us what it is and, where you can, where the correct information can be found. We correct errors promptly and record significant corrections publicly. The procedure is described in the editorial policy.
Data protection requests
Requests under the GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability — should be sent to info@krasovin.online. We respond within one month. Because this site collects nothing, in most cases the only personal data we hold about you will be the correspondence you have sent us.
Please do not send us
- Passwords, card numbers or copies of identity documents. We never need them and will delete them on sight.
- Requests for technical support with a vendor's product. We do not work for any vendor and cannot access your account, subscription or licence. Contact the vendor directly.
- Offers to buy links, guest posts or "sponsored articles". We do not sell editorial placement. See the editorial policy.
